A Restaurant Food Server is the primary point of contact for guests and is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences. They take food and beverage orders, ensure accurate and timely service, and provide excellent customer service from the moment guests are seated until payment is completed.

Key Responsibilities Guest Relations

• Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus and provide knowledgeable recommendations on food, beverages, daily specials, and menu items.
• Address guest inquiries, dietary restrictions, and special requests promptly and courteously.

Order Taking

• Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the (POS) system.
• Communicate special requests, modifications, and allergy information clearly to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Ensure all orders are complete and accurate before submission.

Food and Beverage Service

• Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation and correct serving temperatures.
• Check on guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and respond promptly to additional requests.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service throughout the dining experience.

Table Maintenance

• Clear used dishes and glassware promptly.
• Clean and reset tables according to restaurant standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area throughout the shift.

Payment Processing

• Prepare and present guest bills accurately.
• Process cash, credit card, and other payment transactions in accordance with company procedures.
• Balance cash receipts and ensure accurate handling of payments.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good multitasking and time management skills.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service, menu items, and restaurant operations.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Willingness to work collaboratively with kitchen staff, hosts, bussers, and fellow servers.
• Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is an advantage.
• Must be willing to work in Sta. Rosa City, Laguna. Applicants residing in Laguna or nearby areas are preferred.

Pay: Php12,235.81 - Php22,149.11 per month
