Gringo Restaurant is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Dining Staff / Servers to join our growing team at SM Sta. Rosa Laguna!

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a full-service or casual dining restaurant is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of Customer Service Sequence or similar structured service approaches is an advantage.
• Familiarity with operating a POS (Point-of-Sale) system is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to be assigned at SM Sta. Rosa.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Take and serve food and beverage orders efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by responding to concerns, requests, and feedback in a courteous and professional manner.
• Work closely with other front-of-house and back-of-house team members to provide a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned station and dining area.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Operate the POS system for order taking and payment processing.
• May be assigned to different front-of-house (FOH) tasks as needed (e.g., greeting, table bussing, cashiering).
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or restaurant manager.
