Bartender - Purple Rice (Thai Restaurant)

Job description:
At Purple Rice, we bring together authentic Thai flavors and Filipino hospitality to create a memorable dining experience.

The Bartender is responsible for providing excellent standards of customer service by pouring, mixing, preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks; to take orders for and serve bar snacks as required and to safeguard customers enjoyment of the bar experience and maintain their safety.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Bartender to join our growing team.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
-Food and beverage menu knowledge, including cocktails, wines and spirits
-Basic bar operations and service procedures
-Customer service and guest relations principles
-Health, safety, and sanitation standards
-Responsible alcohol service practices
-Strong customer service and guest engagement skills
-Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
-Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and billing
-Good time management and organizational skills
-Problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns professionally
-Physical stamina to stand and move for extended periods

Head Office: Cainta, Rizal

Qualifications:
-High School Diploma or Vocational Course in Food & Beverage Services
-At least 6 months to 1 year experience in bar, restaurant, or food service operations
-Food Safety and Sanitation Certificate
-Bartending NC II is an advantage
