Full job description
Gringo restaurant Quezon city SM Fairview is looking for a KITCHEN HELPER.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Any course-related or equivalent at least high school/vocational/college level
- Preferably with experience as a kitchen helper
- Preferably with experience in a casual dining restaurant
- Knowledgeable in proper knife safety and procedures.
- knowledgeable in Kitchen Station
- Basic food preparation skills
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in basic food preparation which includes washing, peeling, cutting, and slicing of ingredients.
- Cleaning and sanitizing of kitchen tools and equipment.
- Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations
- Cleaning, monitoring and setting up BOH workstations with all needed ingredients
- Storing ingredients and food items according to food safety standards.
- Performs other related duties and function assigned by his/her superior
