Job Summary

We are seeking a warm, attentive, and customer-oriented Front of House Dining Staff member to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant—welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring an exceptional overall dining experience.

Key Responsibilities1. Guest Service & Dining Experience

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables if needed.
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions regarding ingredients, preparation, and potential allergens.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and enter them promptly into the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Serve dishes and beverages according to restaurant standards and timing sequences.
• Check back with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and fulfill additional requests.

2. Operations & BOH Collaboration

• Act as a direct bridge between guests and Back of House (kitchen) staff to communicate special requests or order changes.

3. Cashiering & Station Upkeep

• Process cash, credit, and digital payment transactions accurately through the POS system.
• Prepare and reset dining tables cleanly between seatings.
• Restock service stations with utensils, napkins, condiments, and glassware.
• Complete opening, mid-shift, or closing duty checklists (e.g., sweeping, side-work prep, sanitizing stations).

Key Qualifications & Skills

• Communication: Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Teamwork: Ability to collaborate smoothly with fellow servers, hosts, bartenders, and kitchen crew.
• Efficiency: Strong multitasking skills and the ability to stay calm and organized during peak rush hours.

Physical & Working Conditions

• Ability to stand and walk continuously for 6–8+ hour shifts.
• Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Run food from the kitchen exposure area (expo) to tables quickly to ensure meals are served hot and fresh.
• Monitor table status and clear used dishes, glassware, and cutlery promptly (bussing).

Pay: Php755.00 - Php780.00 per day
