Job Summary:

The Server is responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service by assisting guests, taking accurate orders, serving meals and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The role requires professionalism, efficiency, and a customer-focused attitude to maintain high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner
• Present menus, explain menu items, and provide food and beverage recommendations
• Take and accurately process food and beverage orders
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality service
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests or concerns promptly
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely order delivery
• Process bills and payments accurately when required
• Prepare and maintain clean, organized, and properly set dining tables
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and service standards
• Assist with opening, closing, and side duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting is preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php19,000.00 per month
