Job Responsibilities

• Take orders and ascertain dietary requirement if necessary.
• Accurately serve food and drinks orders to the table ensuring that it is properly done with finesse and efficiency.
• Provides hands-on support to team members in all areas of their assigned duties
• Ensures that effective link is maintained between kitchen and service areas
• Prepares mis-en-place of the station preparing for the operation of the restaurant
• Assist in opening and closing of the all the areas in the restaurant
• Assist in clearing tables as necessary.
• Coordinating and cooperating with all the restaurant and kitchen staff.
• Rearrange the restaurant and back area as per restaurant standards.
• Wipe-clean glasses, cutlery and crockery.
• To deal with any complaints or difficulties tactfully, ensuring that the Management including culinary counterparts are notified immediately of any guest’s feedback.
• Performs cashiering task with accordance to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 0-2 years work experience in hotel industry
• Detail-oriented and can perform food and beverage pairings.
• Food & Beverage service working experience.
• Have a well groomed, professional appearance.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
• Able to effectively communicate with all levels of co-workers and Management.
• Flexibility to work any shift on any day of the week.
