Hiring Restaurant Cashier jobs in Manila

1.1 Regular Duties

1.1.1 Maintains cash bank.

1.1.2 Prepares guests checks for representation.

1.1.3 Controls monetary functions in respective revenue outlet.

1.1.4 Records Food and Beverage sales, officer’s checks and entertainment.

1.1.5 Proper accounting for and handling of both the daily cash receipts as well as cash floats.

1.1.6 Ascertains all charge sales are properly signed:

1.1.6.1 Checks the credit cards with the cancellation bulletin and expiration dates, then imprint the card on the voucher and have it signed and compare the signature of the voucher on the card.

1.1.6.2 Sees to it that the city ledger has a printed name with signature

1.1.6.3 Sees to it that a printed name with signature and room number of the guest is the same with the system

1.1.7 Prepares daily Food and Beverage Cashier’s Report.

1.1.8 Deposit cash envelops.

1.2 Performs other duties as may be assigned by the immediate superior. (Does not apply to top management.)

2.0 QUALIFICATIONS:

2.1 Education

2.1.1 At least College graduate with a degree in Accountancy, Hotel and Restaurant Management or related courses.

2.2 Work Experience/s:

2.2.1 At least 2-3 years working experience related to Accounting.

2.3 Special Qualities / Skills Required:

2.3.1 Excellent touch typing skills as well as computer literate.

2.3.2 Good oral and written communication skills.

2.3.3 Good interpersonal skills.

2.3.4 Attentive to detail.

2.3.5 Ability to work under pressure

2.3.6 Computer literate is a must while knowledge in opera and micros system is an advantage
