Key Responsibilities

• Guide candidates through the entire background check process ensuring timely completion
• Answer candidate questions and follow up to verify information provided by candidates
• Work with background check providers and vendors to initiate and manage screenings
• Flag any issues related to background checks to the relevant stakeholders internally
• Maintain and update records related to all open background checks for new team members ensuring sensitive information is handled appropriately
• Additional tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Experience working as a remote based role in the past having worked EST hours previously
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Prior experience with various background check platforms (experience with Checkr a plus)
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple task

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php13,750.00 - Php15,250.00 per week
