Full job description

We are looking for a Encoder responsible for processing sales invoices, credit memos, inventory transactions, and preparing monthly billable summaries for logistics operations.

Job Description:

  • Process and encode Sales Invoices, Credit Memos, and other transaction movements for the Distribution business.
  • Perform system encoding and updating of inventory and stock records for Logistics clients.
  • Prepare and summarize monthly billable transactions for Logistics operations.
  • Monitor, verify, and file blue copies of invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of encoded transactions.
  • Coordinate with Logistics and Distribution teams for reconciliation and documentation support

Qualifications:

  • College Graduate (Computer or business course).
  • At least 3 months working experience in encoding.
  • Computer literate.
  • Flexible, hardworking and highly motivated.

Pay: Php12,000.00 - Php13,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
