As a Customer Happiness Associate, you will serve as a trusted partner to our client schools, providing training, support, and guidance throughout their journey with our platform. Your goal is to ensure schools successfully adopt and maximize the value of our software solutions while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer support through email, chat, phone calls, and virtual meetings.
- Conduct system orientations, product demonstrations, and training sessions for school personnel.
- Assist partner schools during onboarding, implementation, and system setup.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and troubleshoot system-related concerns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner schools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer concerns are resolved efficiently.
- Accurately document customer concerns, feedback, and resolutions.
- Monitor client progress and provide ongoing support to promote successful system adoption.
- Act as a customer advocate by identifying opportunities to improve the client experience.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Education, Business Administration, Information Technology, or any related field.
- Experience as a School Registrar, Teacher, School Administrator, School Cashier, Guidance Staff, or similar school-based role is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service, client-facing, or training experience is an advantage.
- Comfortable conducting online meetings, presentations, and training sessions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn new software platforms and technologies.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
- Must have a reliable laptop or desktop computer and stable internet connection.
