ROLE SUMMARY

As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle customer concerns, provide accurate information, and ensure excellent service across different communication channels depending on the assigned account.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
  • Provide accurate information, solutions, and assistance
  • Support account-related tasks such as billing, orders, or troubleshooting (depending on account)
  • Maintain high-quality customer service standards
  • Document all interactions accurately in the system
  • Meet performance and productivity targets

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or ALS Graduate
  • College fresh graduates and undergraduates are welcome to apply
  • Applicants with or without BPO experience are welcome
  • Good communication skills
  • Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
  • Must be currently residing within Metro Manila (if required per account)
