KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle end-to-end timekeeping, attendance monitorinig and payroll coordination
  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, coordination,
  • and onboarding)
  • Maintain HR reports, trackers, and personnel records
  • Assist with general administrative tasks (filing, scheduling, coprrespondence, office supplies
  • management)
  • Assist employees with basic HR and administrative inquiries
  • Coordinate with hiring managers regarding manpower needs and staffing updates.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field
  • With 1-2 years of experience in HR or office administration
  • Experience with logistics or in manpower agency preferred
  • Knowledgeable in labor standards and HR processes
  • Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
