Key Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Administrative Support

· Perform general office administrative tasks and provide support to different departments.

· Prepare, organize, and maintain company documents, files, and records.

· Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate requests for replenishment.

· Assist in preparing reports, memos, letters, and other business documents.

· Monitor and maintain proper filing systems (digital and hard copies).

2. Records and Documentation

· Encode, update, and maintain employee, customer, supplier, and company records.

· Ensure accuracy and completeness of documents.

· Assist in processing forms, applications, and other administrative requirements.

· Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.

3. Office Coordination

· Receive and accommodate visitors, calls, and inquiries professionally.

· Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office activities.

· Assist in communicating company announcements and instructions.

· Provide administrative assistance during company events and activities.

4. Finance and Operational Assistance

· Assist in preparing purchase requests, liquidation documents, and administrative reports.

· Monitor office expenses and maintain supporting documents.

· Coordinate with suppliers and service providers when needed.

· Assist other departments with administrative requirements.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Office Administration, or any related course preferred.

· With experience in administrative or clerical work is an advantage.

· Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Good organizational and time management skills.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Can work independently and handle multiple tasks.

· Trustworthy, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.

Working Conditions:
