We're Hiring: Customer Care Agents (Japan Language Market) at Outscaler!

Outscaler BPO Services OPC is seeking native-level Japan speakers to join our customer care team. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver premium support for customers in Japan while growing your skills in a fast-paced, global environment.

As a Customer Care Agent, you will handle customer inquiries across voice, chat, social media, and email—ensuring fast, empathetic, and accurate service in every interaction.

What you will do:

  • Respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels [Phone, Chat, Email] with clarity and empathy
  • Resolve issues efficiently while meeting SLA and CSAT targets
  • Ensure compliance and uphold zero data-breach standards
  • Collaborate with teammates to share knowledge and improve performance
  • Continuously grow through training, coaching, and feedback

Core Deliverables & Outcomes:

  • CSAT ≥85% and minimal DSAT incidents
  • SLA ≥85% across all channels
  • QA audit score ≥85%
  • Strong attendance and punctuality Successful completion of training with applied performance improvements

What we offer:

  • Above Market Rate Salary Range
  • Signing Bonus (paid after 3rd & 6th month)
  • Fully Remote Work Setup 15 days vacation leave & 10 days sick leave
  • Work Schedule: Monday–Friday (9AM–6PM GMT, UTC +9)
  • Japan holiday schedule (with holiday pay if required to work on PH holidays)

Qualifications:

  • Native-level Japanese proficiency (spoken and written)
  • Strong English communication skills
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy (zero tolerance for data breaches)
  • College level education or higher
  • Stable internet connection (≥50 Mbps) with backup connection Strong problem-solving, adaptability, and empathy
