Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, delivering food, and assisting guests with menu inquiries.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet, seat, and attend to guests promptly.
- Present menus, recommend items, and answer questions.
- Take and repeat orders accurately; inform guests of unavailable items.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring completeness.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen/bar staff for special requests.
- Refill drinks, check back with guests, and handle complaints respectfully.
- Issue bills, process payments, and pack take-out orders.
- Clear tables, stock service stations, and maintain cleanliness.
- Collaborate with team members and follow supervisor instructions.
- Maintain professionalism and provide positive guest experiences.
