Full job description

  • Graduate of Multimedia Arts, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field is a strong advantage.
  • At least one (1) year of experience in graphic design or a similar creative role is an advantage; however, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong creative and visual sense, with a good understanding of layout, typography, color, and composition.
  • Proficient in Canva, with basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator or a willingness to further develop these skills through self-learning.
  • Experience or proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a strong advantage.
  • Able to work from creative briefs and visual pegs while also being capable of developing original design concepts.
  • Detail-oriented, open to feedback, and able to work collaboratively on different creative requirements.
  • Experience or skills in photo and video editing for social media content, such as short-form videos, reels, and trend-driven content, is a plus.
  • Portfolio required. Applicants should include a portfolio link or samples of relevant work with their application. Professional, freelance, academic, and personal projects are welcome.

Responsibilities

  • Create digital and print marketing and advertising materials for brands in selected industries, including but not limited to food & beverage, hospitality, and construction, based on marketing briefs, concepts, and visual pegs.
  • Develop design concepts as needed while maintaining consistency with each brand’s identity and visual direction.
  • Design materials for social media, promotions, events, menus, and other marketing requirements.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to incorporate feedback and complete creative requirements within agreed timelines.
  • Maintain organized and editable working files and creative assets.
  • Assist with other creative and design requirements of the brands as needed.
  • Performs other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate supervisor

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
