Full job description
ROLE OVERVIEW:
- Receives and ensures accurate payment of member-consumers of power bills and other collections and properly issues corresponding official receipts.
- Reconciles collections for the day, prepares the deposits slips to be turned-over the same to the Cashiering Officer for deposit to the coop’s depository banks and declares for any overages or shortages.
- Reconciles the BIR Forms for turn-over to the Accounting Division and prepares, submits daily collection and related reports for proper internal control and accountability.
- Assists in promoting the coop’s program and goodwill to member-consumers and attends to consumer queries and gives adequate assistance
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, BS in Commerce major in Accounting or any relevant course
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and customer service skills
- Knowledge in various accounting procedures
- No. of vacancy: 1 (Plantilla)
Pay: Php18,585.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
