Salary: From Php 695/day + service charge

Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic Store Partners (Front of House) to join our team in BGC! As a Store Partner, you will provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, cashiering, and bussing. You will ensure every guest has a positive dining experience in a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Taking

• Greet guests warmly and present menus
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
• Answer menu questions and provide recommendations
• Communicate special dietary needs to the kitchen

Serving

• Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously
• Ensure orders are delivered accurately and attractively
• Refill beverages and attend to guest needs during the meal
• Clear and reset tables for new guests

Cashiering

• Process payments accurately via POS system
• Handle cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment securely
• Provide accurate bills and return change as needed
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and report discrepancies

Bussing

• Clear tables of used dishes, glasses, and utensils promptly
• Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and dining areas
• Assist with setting up tables for new guests

• Customer satisfaction ratings
• Accuracy and speed in order taking and serving
• Cash handling accuracy
• Cleanliness and organization of dining areas
• Compliance with health and safety standards

Skills & Competencies Required:

Education & Experience:

• Senior High School (Preferred)
• 1 year experience as Front of House staff (Preferred)

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Weekdays, weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts as needed

Location Requirement:

• Must be able to reliably commute to BGC, Taguig City or planning to relocate before starting work
