Be part of something new and exciting. We are looking for Pioneer Restaurant Staff for our upcoming store in Daraga, Albay. If you want to grow with a fast-growing food brand and be part of the founding team of this branch, this is your chance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Service

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with seating
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately
  • Serve orders promptly and professionally
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns courteously
  • Ensure a positive and enjoyable dining experience

2. Order Processing & Cash Handling

  • Operate the POS system accurately
  • Process cash and cashless payments
  • Ensure proper billing and issuance of receipts

3. Food Preparation & Quality Control

  • Assist in basic food preparation and plating
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
  • Coordinate with kitchen team for timely order release

4. Cleanliness & Maintenance

  • Maintain cleanliness of dining, kitchen, and service areas
  • Set up and clear tables before and after service
  • Follow proper waste disposal and sanitation procedures

5. Teamwork & Operational Support

  • Support teammates during peak hours
  • Follow opening and closing procedures
  • Assist in inventory and restocking
  • Comply with company policies and safety standards

Qualifications

  • At least High School or Senior High School Graduate
  • Experience in food or customer service is an advantage but not required
  • Customer-focused and service-driven
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
  • Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
  • Willing to undergo 1-month training in Shaw Boulevard, Oranbo, Pasig
