OH Nurse / Company Nurse – Job Roles and Responsibilities

1. Medical Assistance: Provide first aid, basic medical care, and immediate assistance to employees experiencing illness or workplace injuries.
2. Health Monitoring: Monitor employee health conditions, conduct basic health assessments, and recommend medical referrals when necessary.
3. Medical Documentation: Maintain confidential medical records, consultation logs, medical certificates, and workplace injury reports.
4. HR Coordination: Coordinate with HR regarding medical-related absences, medical certificates, and employees returning from medical leave.
5. Occupational Health and Safety: Assist in implementing workplace health and safety policies, identifying health hazards, and promoting a safe working environment.
6. Health and Wellness Programs: Conduct health awareness campaigns, wellness activities, and preventive healthcare programs.
7. Emergency Response: Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate hospital referrals or emergency transportation when needed.
8. Medical Supplies Management: Monitor and maintain the availability of first aid kits, medicines, and other basic medical supplies.

Qualifications – OH Nurse / Company Nurse

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with an active PRC license.
• Preferably with Occupational Health Nurse Cert or BOSH Training
• Knowledgeable in first aid, basic life support (BLS), and emergency response.
• Familiar with occupational health and safety standards and workplace health programs.
• Good communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Able to maintain confidentiality of employee medical records.
• Responsible, compassionate, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
