DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain & ensures completeness and accuracy of accounting systems & record keeping on a regular basis.
  • Prepares accurate & timely accounting & financial reports.
  • In charge of Accounts Payable Trade, recording, checking of completeness of documents and check preparation.
  • Records monthly accruals, depreciation and amortization.
  • Monitors increase / decrease in expenses.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  • We are looking for a full-time individual who has passion in talking and dealing with people, customer advocate, a seller, cheerful personality, system & process oriented, responsible, embody a helpful attitude, and has basic knowledge in the auto industry to join our dynamic team.
  • Graduate of any Accounting or Finance related course.
  • Proven ability to work on detailed tasks with accuracy and speed.
  • Knowledgeable in office and administrative procedures and practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Word & Excel.
