Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy, BS Accounting Information System, BS Management Accounting, or any related course
  • Open for fresh graduates
  • Knowledgeable in basic accounting principles and bookkeeping
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn
  • Good communication and analytical skills

Job Responsibilities:

  • Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records
  • Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable monitoring
  • Prepare bank reconciliations and financial reports
  • Organize and maintain accounting files and documents
  • Assist the accounting team in other clerical and financial tasks
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting data
