VIRTUAL GUARD / CCTV MONITORING OFFICER

Job Summary

Responsible for monitoring CCTV cameras, identifying suspicious activities or security incidents, and promptly reporting and escalating concerns according to company and client procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor assigned CCTV cameras continuously and attentively.
  • Detect and report suspicious activities, incidents, and emergencies.
  • Prepare accurate incident reports and maintain proper documentation.
  • Escalate critical incidents to the appropriate Manager or Support Team.
  • Conduct complete and accurate shift endorsements.
  • Monitor camera/system status and report technical issues.
  • Follow company, client, and security protocols.
  • Maintain confidentiality of CCTV footage and security information.
  • Remain alert, professional, and attentive throughout the shift.

Qualifications

  • At least Senior High School graduate.
  • CCTV monitoring or security experience is an advantage.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Good communication and observation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
  • Able to work under pressure and respond appropriately to incidents.

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
