We need : (5) MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

Job Summary:

• The Management Trainee Program is a structured development program designed to prepare high-potential individuals for future leadership roles within the organization. Through hands-on training, cross-functional exposure, mentoring, and real business assignments, trainees will develop essential soft skills, business understanding, and an entrepreneurial mindset. This program aims to help trainees discover their true potential, strengthen their leadership capabilities, and build a strong foundation for long-term career growth.

Key Roles:

• Participate in structured training and hands-on business exposure
• Support projects that improve operations, growth, and performance
• Develop leadership, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
• Assist in research, data analysis, reports, and presentations
• Work with different departments to understand business operations
• Contribute ideas and solutions with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Prepare for future leadership roles within the organization

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Economics, Agricultural Business, Engineering Management, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related fields
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong leadership potential and willingness to learn
• Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented
• Willing to undergo training and be assigned in different business units or locations
• Driving skills are an advantage
