Customer Service Representative – Non Voice Chat Support

Job Description

We are seeking Non Voice Customer Service Representatives to assist customers through chat platforms by handling inquiries, billing concerns, and account-related requests while ensuring accurate information and efficient support at all times.

Responsibilities:

  • · Respond to customer inquiries via chat support channels
  • · Assist with billing concerns, sales inquiries, and account updates
  • · Provide accurate information and timely resolutions
  • · Document all customer interactions properly
  • · Escalate complex issues to supervisors when needed
  • · Maintain quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards

Schedule & Training:

  • · Shifting schedules, including nights and weekends
  • · Paid training on chat support tools and processes

Requirements:

  • · High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / ALS Graduate / Senior High School Graduate
  • · Open to fresh grads, experience is an advantage
  • · Strong written English communication skills
  • · Customer-focused and detail-oriented
  • · Basic computer knowledge and multitasking ability
  • · Willing to work onsite in Davao City
