Job Overview:
We are seeking a Warehouse Auditor to conduct monthly reviews of our warehouse operations — checking accuracy, compliance, and cleanliness — and to recommend process improvements that strengthen efficiency and reduce errors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify accuracy of item box labels.
- Reconcile physical inventory counts with system records.
- Confirm items are stored in correct bin/rack locations.
- Inspect and rate warehouse cleanliness and safety compliance.
- Prepare a Monthly Audit Report with discrepancies and actionable recommendations.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or auditing.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to work independently and objectively.
- Familiar with basic reporting tools (Excel, Google Sheets, or similar).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High integrity in handling sensitive company data.
