JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible in coordinating, directing, and implementing all activities of the clinic. Ensures that the Operations and Quality Policy and Procedures and all operational budgets are implemented in various operational level. The person is expected to initiate and assists the Clinic Manager in developing, and monitoring HMC’s unique dimensions of ambulatory nursing care with patients who seek for health promotions, health maintenance, or health-related problems.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Inform Clinic Manager about current trends, problems, and activities in the healthcare field to facilitate policy making.
• Directs and supervises all clinic activities through the clinic staff. Consults with and advises the staff on a regular basis.
• Serves as a liaison and channel of communication between Clinic Manager, clinic, and medical staff.
• Resolves any medical -administrative problems and keep lines of communication open with staff to ensure high employee morale and professional healthful clinic atmosphere.
• Assists Clinic Manager in preparing weekly/monthly reports and profit forecast for submission to the Clinic Operations Manager.
• Assists Clinic Manager in presiding over the weekly or monthly general assembly meeting.
• Plans and directs all aspects of human resource functions of the clinic in employment, employee relations and training.
• Ensures compliance with all regulatory agencies governing healthcare delivery and the rules of accrediting bodies (if any). Continually monitors operation, programs, and physical properties. Initiate appropriate changes, if necessary.
• Assists Clinic Manager in representing the clinic in its relationships with other health organizations, government agencies and third-party payers.
• Maintains professional affiliations and enhances professional growth and development to keep current in the latest trends in the clinic administration.
• Maintains strictest confidentiality
• Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Registered Nurse or any Allied health professional
• With at least 3 years related experience in Retail Operations / Multi-Specialty Centers
• High level of integrity and with initiative to seek ways to improve work condition
• Has driven to further improve self professionally and personally through continued training
• Possesses analytical ability, decision-making abilities and leadership potential
• Results-oriented and can work well under pressure
