- Receives and process transactions from all patients/MD’s and clients particularly
A. Cash Basis
A1.Laboratory/Diagnostics/Consultation Fee/Reload of Medi-wallet and Health-wallet
A2. MD Merchandise
A3. MD Accreditation
A4. Cash Bond
A5. Miscellaneous Income
B. Credit Card
B1. Laboratory/Diagnostics/Reload of Medi-wallet and
Health-wallet
B2. MD Accreditation
C. HMO/Corporate and Insurance
C1. Laboratory/diagnostics/consultation fee
D. Medi-wallet and Health-wallet
D1. Laboratory/diagnostics/consultation fee
- Pays out accurately doctor’s fee for their private patients
- Printing and posting of daily cash sales summary report
- Arrange and file HMO/Corporate and Insurance forms according to summary report
- Prepares daily deposit slip
- Responsible for daily submission of cash & terms transactions report to Finance department
