Position: Case Reviewer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Case Reviewer to join our growing healthcare operations team. In this role, you will review and organize medical case files, classify documents, and accurately transcribe medical billing information into our case management system. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys high-volume, detail-focused work and takes pride in maintaining exceptional accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Review, classify, and organize incoming case documents.
• Identify missing, incomplete, or incorrect documentation and flag issues for follow-up.
• Accurately enter medical billing charges, codes, dates, and provider information into the case management system.
• Verify all data against source documents to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date case records.
• Coordinate with Case Managers to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth case handoffs.
• Meet turnaround times while maintaining high quality and accuracy.
• Assist with process improvements and other operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in medical billing, healthcare administration, medical records, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent data entry accuracy.
• Comfortable reviewing itemized medical bills and entering billing information.
• Ability to manage high-volume workloads while meeting deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning case management software.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience with CPT, ICD-10, medical claims, or personal injury cases is an advantage but not required.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday | 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM Philippine Time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30,000.00 per month
