This opportunity is exclusively open to Filipino Registered Nurses currently based in the Philippines.

We are a growing start-up company seeking highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team as Virtual Medical Scribes. In this role, you will remotely assist physician clients during patient encounters by providing accurate and real-time medical documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a Registered Nurse with an active PRC License (PRC ID required)
  • Strong critical thinking skills and keen attention to detail
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Solid knowledge of medical terminology
  • Willing to work during US business hours
  • Must possess a valid NBI Clearance
  • Willing to undergo training
  • Willing to work on graveyard or shifting schedules depending on client assignment (US Hours)
  • Must be committed to the required working and training hours (preferably without another full-time job)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the BPO industry is an advantage
  • Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR)
  • Previous experience as a Medical Scribe or Medical Virtual Assistant is a plus
  • HIPAA Certification is an advantage

Non-Negotiable System Requirements:

  • Operating System: Windows 10 Home or higher
  • Processor: Intel Core i3 (6th Generation or equivalent and above)
  • Memory: Minimum of 4GB RAM
  • Internet Connection: At least 10 Mbps (DSL or Fiber connection only)
