Virtual Administrative & Bookkeeping Assistant (Remote – Philippines)

Job Type: Part-Time (20 hours/week)

Compensation: $4–$6/hour (based on experience) + 13th Month Pay

Schedule: (USA – Central Time)

  • Monday – Friday: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM

(Manila, PH Time: Tuesday – Saturday: 3:00 AM – 7:00 AM)

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Administrative & Bookkeeping Coordinator to provide administrative, patient retention, and bookkeeping support for a growing healthcare practice. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, tracking performance, maintaining accurate financial records, and keeping systems organized behind the scenes.

This is not a phone-based role. Most communication is handled through messaging platforms, reports, and administrative systems.

What You’ll Do

  • Respond promptly to patient messages through the communication platform.
  • Schedule and reschedule appointments via text.
  • Track patient attendance and identify patients falling behind on care plans.
  • Monitor missed appointments and assign follow-up tasks to the team.
  • Track completion of patient follow-up activities.
  • Monitor KPIs and prepare reports for leadership.
  • Maintain accurate administrative and financial records.
  • Assist with financial tracking and recordkeeping.
  • Support QuickBooks-related tasks (experience is a plus, not required).
  • Support insurance benefit verification as responsibilities expand.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong administrative or virtual assistant experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working with numbers, reports, and spreadsheets.
  • Bookkeeping or financial tracking experience is required.
  • QuickBooks experience is a plus but not required.
  • Self-motivated with excellent follow-through and accountability.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong written English communication skills.
