We're currently expanding our team and are looking for a Workforce Associate (Healthcare)
- Open to Fresh Graduates
- Proficiency in MS applications (Excel, etc.)/Google Suite (Sheets, etc.)
- Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage clinic staffing schedules.
- Monitor employee attendance, timekeeping records, and resolve disputes.
- Maintain accurate employee records in the database.
- Analyze workforce data and identify staffing challenges.
- Prepare workforce reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Generate regular and ad hoc reports on operational and client metrics.
- Monitor service levels and support operational requirements.
Qualifications
- College Graduate
- 0 - 1 yr Minimum work experience, Fresh Graduates are welcome to Apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other office applications.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules.
- Must be willing to work in Mandaluyong.
