The Filing Clerk is responsible for organizing, maintaining, and retrieving company documents and records to ensure accurate and efficient filing systems. The role includes sorting and filing documents, updating records, ensuring document confidentiality, and assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Organize, sort, and file documents.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems.
  • Retrieve and distribute requested records and files.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of company documents.
  • Assist with document scanning, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Perform other clerical and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • At least college undergraduate or vocational course.
  • With Previous clerical or administrative experience is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
