HR Staff jobs in Tanza

We are seeking for a motivated HR Assistant to focus on training and development. He /she will assist in coordinating and facilitating training programs, supporting employee development initiatives, and be in charge of the preparation of materials and logistics of the training.

MUST HAVE

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Development
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application
• Advance communication skills
• Experience in a Real Estate / Property Development will be an advantage but not required
• Willing to be assigned in General Trias or Tanza Cavite.
• Can start immediately

TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

• Facilitate company orientation & PKS for the newly onboarded sellers
• Assist in organizing and scheduling learning sessions
• Coordinate logistics for training sessions which includes meals arrangement for trainers and participants, booking of venue on select dates, and preparation of training materials.
• Maintain training records and database.
• Assist on monitoring and evaluation of training program effectiveness.
• Support the HR team in various administrative tasks, such as onboarding and employee engagement activities
