WORK LOCATION: KDC PLAZA, CHINO ROCES, MAKATI

SCHEDULE: 8AM - 6PM/ 9AM - 7PM | HYBRID

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle recruitment for store-level roles such as service crew, kitchen staff, cashiers, and supervisors.
• Partner with store managers to identify staffing requirements, role qualifications, and target hiring schedules.
• Source applicants through multiple channels including online job boards, walk-in applications, referrals, job fairs, and social media.
• Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and evaluate candidates based on position requirements.
• Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist in the preparation of job offers and ensure completion of pre-employment requirements.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date recruitment records and employee files.
• Serve as the main HR contact for store managers on recruitment-related matters and staffing updates.
• Generate recruitment reports, manpower status summaries, and hiring performance metrics.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related course.
• At least 1–2 years of recruitment experience, ideally within retail, food & beverage, or multi-location operations.
• Experience in high-volume or mass hiring is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
