Job Description

Cindys Bakery & Restaurant is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Staff to join our growing team. The successful candidate will support daily HR operations, ensuring accurate payroll processing, proper documentation, and compliance with government-mandated requirements.

The HR Staff will play a vital role in maintaining efficient HR processes and supporting employees across different branches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and monitor employee payroll accurately and on time
  • Handle government-mandated benefits administration (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
  • Monitor employee attendance, timekeeping, and leave records
  • Assist in HRIS and payroll system management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
  • Prepare HR-related reports using Microsoft Excel
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee concerns as needed
  • Coordinate with branch managers regarding HR concerns and updates

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • Experience in payroll processing, government mandatory benefits, and timekeeping systems is an advantage
  • Familiarity with HRIS or payroll software is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
