Job Scope:

  • Address employee concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring resolution aligns with company policies and legal standards.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters to support employees and management.
  • Monitor compliance with labor laws and company policies, recommending updates or improvements as necessary.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any four-year collegiate course, preferably in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with demonstrated ability to analyze, interpret, and organize data for reports and presentations.
