Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including, screening resumes, and conducting initial HR screenings.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate seamless onboarding for new hires (contracts, IT setup coordination, orientations) and manage graceful offboarding procedures.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and workplace procedures.
  • Performance Management: Assist in coordinating annual performance review cycles and tracking employee development plans.
  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate, up-to-date physical and digital employee records (attendance, leaves, contracts)
  • Payroll Processing: Gather, verify, and input payroll data (attendance, leaves, overtime, bonuses, and deductions) to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.
  • Office Operations: Oversee day-to-day office maintenance.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure company policies align with local labor laws and assist in preparing official corporate correspondence or reports.
  • Event Coordination: Organize internal company events, team-building activities, and town halls to foster a positive workplace culture.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 3 to 5 years of proven experience handling generalist HR tasks and office administration.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge: Solid understanding of core HR functions, best practices, and local labor laws/employment standards.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • High emotional intelligence with a strict adherence to confidentiality and discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills with a knack for prioritization in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
