Full job description

The HR Business Partner - Cavite is responsible for supporting the day-to-day human resources functions of GreenGSM Cavite, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management support, HR administration, payroll support, compliance, engagement activities, and records management. The role ensures that HR policies and practices are effectively implemented while supporting business growth and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Onboarding and Offboarding

  • Facilitate new employee orientation and onboarding programs.
  • Ensure completion of pre-employment and onboarding requirements.
  • Coordinate employee exits, clearance processes, and exit interviews.
  • Maintain accurate employee files and records.

Employee Relations

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and HR inquiries.
  • Support conflict resolution and disciplinary processes.
  • Assist in implementing employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

HR Administration

  • Maintain HR databases, employee records, and documentation.
  • Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee movements.
  • Prepare HR reports and workforce analytics as required.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of employee information.

Performance Management

  • Support performance review cycles and documentation.
  • Assist managers in implementing performance improvement plans.
  • Track employee development and training needs.

Compliance and Policy Implementation

  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist in updating HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
  • Support audits, inspections, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor adherence to workplace health, safety, and company standards.

Payroll Administration

  • Verify employee timesheets, attendance records, and payroll-related documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation and reconciliation of payroll reports and payroll-related audits.
  • Address employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of payroll information and employee compensation records.
  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of payroll processes and controls.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
  • Experience in transportation, mobility, logistics, BPO, or fast-growing organizations is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR information systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
