Full job description

Manage end-to-end recruitment and staffing activities for office and vessel employees.

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and government regulations.
  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance concerns.
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and timekeeping.
  • Monitor employee performance evaluation and training programs.
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR reports.
  • Coordinate with government agencies such as DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR.
  • Provide HR support to department heads and management.
  • Supervise HR and administrative personnel.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR practices.
  • Experience in the shipping, logistics, or maritime industry is an advantage.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
  • Can work under pressure and handle confidential information.

Pay: Php55,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
