CLINIQON is looking for an experienced HR MANAGER to join our team!

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 6+ years of progressive HR experience, with 3-5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and training.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS is an advantage.
  • Must be residing within Metro Manila

Job Requirements

  • Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and procedures aligned with company objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and company policies.
  • Lead and oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and disciplinary processes.
  • Manage HR records, reports, contracts, and confidential employee information.
  • Supervise and mentor the HR team to ensure efficient daily operations.
  • Partner with management to support organizational development, workforce planning, and a positive work environment.
  • Stay updated on HR trends, employment laws, and regulatory changes, including compliance with company standards such as ISMS and HIPAA where applicable.

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with outstanding analytical and communication skills. HR Manager is expected to be a conceptual thinker with fantastic organizational and conflict management skills. You will have excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment. To ensure success, HR Manager should exhibit strong decision-making skills with a deep understanding of employee relationships and disciplinary process.

In this role, you will be required to:

Compliance

  • Oversee HR-related administrative duties and ensure they are compliant with existing legal and government reporting requirements
  • Ensure that the company is in compliance with all labor laws, and minimization of legal exposure
  • Ensure, file and update of all employee and statutory documents and ensure that all staff information is properly kept, updated and confidentially maintained
  • Monitor and maintain contract management

Supervisory Responsibility

  • Recruits, interviews, hires, and train new staff in the department
  • Oversees the daily workflow of the department
  • Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations
  • Handles discipline and termination of the employees in accordance with company policy

Primary Job Responsibility

  • Developing, analyzing, and updating the company’s salary budget
  • Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures
  • Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads
  • Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling
  • Overseeing exit interview
  • Maintaining and complaint with department records and reports internal and external
  • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital. Nurture a positive working environment
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Strongly enforcing, ISMS, HIPAA compliance to production team and preforming evaluation
  • Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
