Position Overview

Berlitravel is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and HR operations for our Philippines‑based workforce. This role ensures smooth hiring, onboarding, performance management, and compliance with Philippine labor laws while supporting a fast‑moving, remote travel‑services organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Hiring — Lead end‑to‑end hiring for customer support, operations, and administrative roles.
• Onboarding & Training — Manage onboarding workflows, documentation, and new‑hire orientation.
• Employee Relations — Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and maintain a positive remote work culture.
• Performance Management — Implement KPIs, evaluations, corrective actions, and improvement plans.
• Compliance & Labor Law — Ensure compliance with DOLE regulations, employment standards, and contractor guidelines.
• Payroll Coordination — Oversee payroll accuracy, benefits coordination, and statutory contributions.
• HR Documentation — Maintain employee records, contracts, policies, and HR files.
• Policy Development — Create and update HR policies, handbooks, and remote‑work guidelines.
• Engagement & Retention — Develop initiatives to improve morale, retention, and productivity.
• Cross‑Functional Support — Work closely with Operations, Finance, and Leadership to support organizational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field
• 3+ years experience in HR management or HR generalist roles
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance
• Experience managing remote or distributed teams
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict‑resolution skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and handle fast‑moving environments
• Proficiency with HR tools (HRIS, ATS, payroll systems)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in BPO, travel, hospitality, or customer service industries
• Background in high‑volume recruitment
• Familiarity with contractor management and cross‑border teams
• Experience building HR processes from scratch

Contract Type

Pay: Php27,243.63 - Php45,549.52 per month
