UpraisIT is Looking for an HR & EMPLOYEE MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR (AU - WFH)

Salary: Php 35,000 – Php 50,000 / monthWork Schedule: Australian Time ZoneWork Setup: Work From Home (WFH)

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking an organized and proactive HR & Employee Management Coordinator to support our Australian client across recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, compliance, payroll coordination, and workforce management. The ideal candidate has prior experience supporting Australian clients and can effectively manage HR processes while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and employee engagement.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and reference checks
  • Support onboarding processes, employment documentation, and employee record management
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee enquiries and workforce-related concerns
  • Assist with employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives
  • Maintain accurate HR records, attendance, leave tracking, and compliance documentation
  • Support payroll administration, timesheet coordination, and payroll-related enquiries
  • Prepare HR reports and workforce data for management review
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and employment regulations
  • Assist with HR projects, process improvements, and general administrative support

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, Employee Relations, or HR Administration
  • Experience supporting Australian clients is required
  • Strong organizational, administrative, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and HR systems
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

  • Knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
