HR Generalist Qualifications
Position: HR Generalist
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably as an HR Generalist.
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and candidate management.
- Experience in handling employee benefits administration, including leave management, government-mandated benefits, and employee inquiries.
- Strong background in employee relations, conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, employee engagement, and policy implementation.
- Experience in performing administrative and HR support tasks, including documentation, records management, contract preparation, and HR compliance.
- Skilled in preparing and presenting HR reports to management, including recruitment updates, employee performance data, attendance reports, turnover reports, and HR metrics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience supporting remote or work-from-home teams is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Administer employee benefits and HR programs.
- Handle employee relations concerns and support employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Prepare HR reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Assist with administrative tasks and other HR-related projects as needed.
Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
