HR Generalist Qualifications

Position: HR Generalist

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably as an HR Generalist.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and candidate management.
  • Experience in handling employee benefits administration, including leave management, government-mandated benefits, and employee inquiries.
  • Strong background in employee relations, conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, employee engagement, and policy implementation.
  • Experience in performing administrative and HR support tasks, including documentation, records management, contract preparation, and HR compliance.
  • Skilled in preparing and presenting HR reports to management, including recruitment updates, employee performance data, attendance reports, turnover reports, and HR metrics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Experience supporting remote or work-from-home teams is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Administer employee benefits and HR programs.
  • Handle employee relations concerns and support employee engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Prepare HR reports and provide regular updates to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and other HR-related projects as needed.

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
