About the Role

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented HR & Admin Assistant to support our Human Resources and Administrative teams by taking on tasks that are time-consuming, repetitive, or operationally draining. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, thrives on process, and is comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations Support

  • Draft templated documents for offboarding and employee movements
  • Coordinate and manage performance appraisal processes
  • Post staff anniversary, birthday, and celebratory messages on designated channels

Recruitment Operations Support

  • Prepare and send onboarding forms and documents via Adobe Sign, resolving technical issues as needed
  • Screen resumes and verify candidate credentials and registrations prior to interviews
  • Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and master lists

Administrative Support

  • Manage inventory tracking and data verification with the team at headquarters
  • Draft and distribute meeting minutes using AI tools
  • Create certificates using templates
  • Sort and manage email communications, including newsletters
  • Track and organize order requests and inventories
  • Update directories and manage renewal reminders (e.g., surveys, licenses)
  • Draft Client Satisfaction Reports

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any bachelor’s degree, although Business Management or Administration is preferred
  • Experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative support roles preferred but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information
  • Tech-savvy with experience using Adobe Sign, Microsoft Office, and workflow automation tools
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities remotely
  • Open to fresh graduates
