• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes such as posting job vacancies, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and preparing hiring documents.
• Conduct employee orientation and onboarding for newly hired employees.
• Monitor and maintain employee attendance, timekeeping, leave records, and overtime monitoring.
• Prepare and issue disciplinary actions, notices, memorandums, and other employee-related documents.
• Assist in conducting investigations related to Incident Reports (IR), employee violations, and workplace concerns.
• Support employee relations activities and address employee concerns in coordination with HR management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and audit requirements.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain HR files, employee records, and confidential documents.
• Coordinate with different departments regarding manpower requirements and HR concerns.
• Assist during internal and external audits by preparing necessary HR documents and records.
• Perform other HR and administrative tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
