Position: Content Moderator

Location: Onsite

Job Overview:
We review and screen user-submitted content to ensure accuracy, safety, and compliance with platform guidelines. Our role includes validating information, identifying inconsistencies, rejecting incorrect or incomplete submissions, and maintaining high-quality standards across all entries. By carefully assessing each case, we help protect the platform’s integrity, enhance user experience, and ensure that all published content is reliable, appropriate, and aligned with client policies.

Qualifications

To become part of our growing team, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• With or without experience
• At least a High School Graduate
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Detail-oriented with strong ability to spot errors, inconsistencies, and policy violations
• Critical thinker who can make accurate judgments based on guidelines and evidence
• Fast and efficient in reviewing large volumes of content without sacrificing quality
• Strong communication skills, able to document findings clearly and professionally
• Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple tools, platforms, and dashboardsEmotionally resilient, able to handle sensitive or repetitive content with composureAdaptable, quickly learns new processes, updates, and policy changes

Strong adherence to rules, follows procedures strictly and consistentlyTeam player with a positive attitude and willingness to collaborateProblem-solver, able to escalate concerns and suggest improvements when neededWilling to work on holidays, weekends, shifting schedules, and graveyard shiftsWilling to work onsite and on a full-time basic
