Full job description

Qualifications:
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a cook, preferably in a café, restaurant, or similar environment
- Amenable to work in Alabang
- Willing to work in a shifting schedule (between 10 am and 10 pm) / 6 days per week
- Knowledge of basic cooking methods
- Familiarity with food safety standards and kitchen hygiene practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of urgency and time management
- Team player with good communication skills
- Flexible with shifts, including graveyard, weekends, and holidays

Job Description:
- Prepare and cook menu items (eg, rice meals, sandwiches, pasta, light café dishes) according to standard recipes
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet brand standards
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times
- Follow proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management
- Support menu development and suggest improvements when needed
- Ensure timely preparation during peak hours
- Coordinate with baristas and service staff for order flow
- Minimize food waste and practice cost control measures

Pay: Php19,000.00 per month
