Full job description

Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer is responsible for producing static and animated digital assets that support ecommerce sales customer engagement and CRM activity within the pet supplies category.

This role focuses on delivering clear, purpose-driven digital graphics and short form animations at pace while maintaining brand consistency quality and commercial effectiveness. The position operates in a fast moving ecommerce environment and requires strong independence time management and attention to detail.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Produce digital design assets for ecommerce including website placements email marketing and promotional content
  • Apply designs across multiple sizes, formats and platforms including web email and social channels
  • Work across multiple brand guidelines while maintaining consistency and quality
  • Design directly from creative briefs with minimal supervision
  • Collaborate with managers and stakeholders and update designs based on feedback
  • Design assets with basic UX principles in mind to ensure clarity and ease of use
  • Ensure assets meet technical requirements including file size layout and device compatibility

Essential Skills and Capabilities

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work at pace and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
  • Understanding of core design principles including typography layout spacing and composition
  • Experience using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Clear and reliable communicator in a remote working environment
  • Ability to design for clarity, functionality and performance rather than decoration

Qualifications

· At least 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer

· Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field

· Experience in video editing and motion graphics; familiarity with Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar is a plus

· Proficient in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office, social media platforms, and basic CMS operations

· Creative, detail-oriented, and able to thrive under pressure

· Portfolio is required
