Position Summary

Responsible for preparing and checking booth and event graphics based on approved designs, client requirements, and production specifications. Handles artwork preparation, revisions, printing coordination, and on-site measurement of carpentry structures when required to ensure accurate graphics production

and installation.

Key Responsibilities

● Prepare booth and event graphics such as backdrops, fascia, panels, signages, stickers,

counters, and other visual materials.

● Prepare production-ready artwork for printing

● Check dimensions, resolution, color, bleed, file setup, and overall print specifications.

● Organize and properly label final artwork and production files.

● Coordinate with clients, Project Sales, Project Management, Printing, Production, and Installation

teams regarding graphics requirements.

● Handle client revisions and ensure approved changes are reflected in final artwork.

● Review printed materials and ensure output matches approved artwork.

● Operate large-format printers and cutting plotters when required.

● Perform basic PC and graphics-related troubleshooting.

● Maintain and manage graphics files for ongoing projects.

Technical Skills

● Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and other related graphics software.

● Knowledgeable in large-format printing, cutting, and basic production processes.

● Knowledgeable in file preparation for print and fabrication.

● Familiar with booth/event graphics and production requirements.

● Able to work with multiple projects, revisions, and tight deadlines.
