Role Overview

The Graphic Designer will be tasked to create high-quality creative across social, email, web, and marketing campaigns. You’ll help bring ideas to life while maintaining brand consistency and delivering polished work at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Social Creatives: Develop engaging and performance-focused creative for paid social campaigns across relevant platforms.
Organic Social Creatives: Create compelling organic social content that aligns with the brand’s visual identity and content strategy.
Email Design: Design email campaigns and marketing assets that are visually engaging and optimized for digital audiences.
Website Creatives: Create website banners, graphics, and other web assets to support promotions, launches, and ongoing marketing initiatives.
Assets: Develop creative assets for promotional campaigns, product launches, seasonal initiatives, and other marketing needs.
Templates & Design Systems: Build templates and repeatable design systems that improve consistency and make ongoing creative production more efficient.
General Support: Support general graphic design needs across the business, ensuring all deliverables are polished, on-brand, and completed within deadlines.

Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience in Graphic Design, Marketing, or other similar roles.
Experience designing for consumer or e-commerce brands.
Strong design fundamentals and a polished visual eye.
Ability to produce quality work efficiently and at scale.
Comfortable managing a high volume of creative requests with fast turnaround times.
Strong understanding of digital and performance-oriented creatives.
Ability to learn and consistently execute within established brand guidelines.
Proactive thinking and the ability to propose creative concepts.
Strong organization and ability to work against a marketing calendar.
Experience building templates and systems that make ongoing creative production faster and more efficient.
