As part of our continued growth, we're looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic Sales and Marketing team.

What You'll Be Doing

Design & Creative Production

• Create high-quality digital and print marketing materials, including brochures, datasheets, social media graphics, presentations, advertising assets, website graphics, exhibition stands, and internal communications.
• Produce engaging visual content that supports business objectives and enhances the customer experience.
• Deliver creative projects that meet deadlines without compromising quality.

Brand Management

• Ensure all creative work aligns with Brymec's brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Maintain consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
• Support the ongoing development and evolution of the brand.

Website & Digital Content

• Design graphics and assets to support website updates, technical resources, blogs, and digital campaigns.
• Create visually compelling content for online platforms and customer engagement initiatives.

Sales & Marketing Collaboration

• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and other internal teams to interpret briefs and translate ideas into effective visual communications.
• Support campaign development and product launches through impactful design.

Agency Collaboration

• Coordinate with external creative and video agencies to support the delivery of specialist graphics and multimedia projects.
• Ensure external creative outputs meet Brymec's quality and brand standards.

Presentation & Template Development

• Design professional, branded PowerPoint presentations for internal and external audiences.
• Create and maintain a library of branded templates to improve efficiency and consistency across the business.

File Management & Asset Control

• Manage design files using Brymec's internal folder structures and Canto digital asset management system.
• Ensure assets are correctly named, version-controlled, organised, and easily accessible.
• Maintain a structured and efficient approach to digital asset management.

Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement

• Proof and review all creative work to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve creative processes, workflows, and template libraries.
• Support the ongoing development of marketing and design best practices.

Safety, Compliance & Conduct

• Take reasonable care for your own health and safety and that of others.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate professionalism and collaborate respectfully with colleagues and stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, marketing design, or a similar creative role.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
  • InDesign
  • Illustrator
  • Photoshop
  • Acrobat
• Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
• Experience designing for both digital and print channels.
• Strong organisational and file management skills, with experience using digital asset management systems (Canto experience is desirable).
• Ability to interpret creative briefs and technical information and transform them into engaging visual content.
• Excellent understanding of typography, layout, and brand consistency.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of social media formats and best practices for engagement-driven design.
• Adobe Premiere Pro experience is advantageous but not essential, as video editing is supported by external agencies.
• Experience creating 3D models and cutaway product imagery is highly desirable; however, training can be provided for the right candidate.
• Willingness to work in UK business hours
• Must be willing to work onsite in Angeles City, Pampanga
