Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled HubSpot Web Developer / Front-End Designer to support ongoing website enhancements, front-end development, and HubSpot CMS modifications. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment and can independently manage ad-hoc website tasks while ensuring high-quality user experience and responsive design implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, update, and maintain websites, landing pages, and custom page elements within HubSpot CMS.
  • Develop responsive, user-friendly web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Convert Figma designs and UI mockups into fully functional, high-performing web pages.
  • Enhance website usability, responsiveness, page speed, and overall front-end performance.
  • Identify and resolve website issues, layout inconsistencies, and mobile responsiveness challenges.
  • Work closely with design and marketing teams to deliver seamless user experiences and effective website functionality.
  • Ensure brand consistency, design standards, accessibility, and SEO best practices across all web properties.
  • Manage multiple development requests and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience working with HubSpot CMS, including HubL development.
  • Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web design principles.
  • Proven ability to translate Figma designs into production-ready web pages.
  • Experience with front-end frameworks, third-party integrations, and content management systems.
  • Strong eye for detail with a solid understanding of UI/UX best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Portfolio showcasing HubSpot development, front-end development, or web design projects.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting B2B SaaS, technology, or AI-driven organizations.
  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing page best practices.
  • Understanding of SEO fundamentals, website analytics, and performance optimization.
  • Experience collaborating with distributed or international remote teams.
