Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Management & Guidelines: Enforce, maintain, and evolve comprehensive brand guidelines and master style guides across all property portfolios, ensuring a consistent visual identity and tone across every touchpoint.
• Brand & Collateral Design: Concept and execute on-brand print and digital assets—including F&B menus, promotional campaigns, EDMs, and property signage—across a diverse collection of hotel and venue brands.
• Creative Concepting & Campaign Rollout: Translate high-level marketing briefs into fresh design layouts, then efficiently adapt, resize, and version approved concepts across diverse print, digital, and social channels.
• Production-Ready Artwork: Audit and finalize precise, print-ready files (managing bleeds, color profiles, vector assets, and resolutions) to ensure flawless production with print vendors.
• AI-Assisted & Multi-Media Production: Leverage AI tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney) to accelerate photo retouching, compositing, and image generation, while editing basic video clips and motion graphics for social and digital displays.
• Stakeholder Collaboration & Asset Management: Partner closely with regional marketing and property teams to align on specs and deadlines, while maintaining organized, centralized asset libraries and master templates.
• Quality Control & Pipeline Tracking: Conduct meticulous checks on typography, pricing, copy, and visual standards against established brand rules before release, keeping active design logs to track production timelines.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Graphic or Creative Designer, ideally supporting international or multi-brand accounts.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) on macOS, backed by a portfolio showcasing strong concept design and print-ready work.
• Brand Adaptability & Print Expertise: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple distinct brand guidelines seamlessly, alongside a solid grasp of pre-press, color profiles, and print production specs.
• AI-Assisted Workflow: Hands-on experience using AI design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Generative Fill, Midjourney) for rapid photo editing, compositing, and asset generation.
• Basic Video Editing: Skill in creating light video edits and motion content (using Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar) for digital and social channels.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills for seamless collaboration with cross-functional and regional teams.

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
