Position: GRAPHIC DESIGNER

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating creative, visually appealing, and on-brand designs for the company’s social media platforms, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities. This role involves developing print and digital marketing materials, producing and editing short-form videos as needed, and collaborating with the Marketing Team to ensure high-quality outputs that align with the company’s brand identity and marketing objectives.

Job Description:

· Create engaging and on-brand designs for social media posts, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials.

· Design posters, menus, advertisements, standees, and other print and digital collaterals.

· Develop creative concepts, layouts, and visual materials that effectively communicate the company’s brand message.

· Create and edit short-form videos and other social media content as needed.

· Collaborate with the Marketing Team to execute marketing initiatives and meet project deadlines.

· Ensure the accuracy, quality, and consistency of all design outputs.

· Apply feedback and revisions to improve design quality and effectiveness.

· Maintain consistency in the company’s branding and visual identity across all marketing materials.

· Stay updated on graphic design, digital marketing, and social media trends to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.

· Organize and maintain design files, templates, and brand assets for easy access and future use.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Creative Multimedia, Graphic Design, or a related field.

· At least one (1) year of experience in graphic design or a similar role.

· Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other relevant graphic design and editing tools.

· Skilled in creating social media graphics, promotional materials, and print and digital marketing collaterals.

· Basic video editing skills are an advantage.

· Creative, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable in visual composition and branding.

· Good communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

· Ability to handle multiple projects, work collaboratively with a team, and meet deadlines.
